The Camp Mataguay Master Plan establishes planning, development and preservation measures to ensure the facility’s success for future generations of Boy Scouts from San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Specifics:

  • All work provided on a pro-bono basis
  • Property covers over 900-acres of native chaparral with varied topography and a rich history of early Spanish settlement and agricultural use
  • Master plan promotes ways to enhance and preserve the facility as a place for experiencing nature and providing skill making opportunities for our youth
  • Donor Flag Plaza completed in 2009
