Located in the Torrey Pines Science Park in San Diego, the Pfizer Campus contains seven buildings set within 45-acres of landscaped common areas and is adjacent to natural canyons of La Jolla. Wimmer Yamada and Caughey provided landscape, irrigation and hardscape design for the campus.

Specifics:

  • To create a cohesive campus design complementing the surrounding environment, the landscape design used native landscape species.
  • Densely vegetated canyons surrounding the campus are preserved open spaces and provide a continuous link between UCSD's open space reserve, the Los Penasquitos Lagoon Preserve and Torrey Pines State Park.
  • WYAC worked with renowned Landscape Architect Robert Murase who provided design and installation of the natural stone water features within the campus.
